How Does Our Third Party Verification Work?
- You record your sales agent calls and post the recordings and sales records (data) to
our FTP site. (Don’t worry, it’s both highly secure and a very simple process)
- Define a good sale by providing us a list of the things you need verified. e.g. affirmative
acceptance of the offer, steps the consumer must take to cancel, name, address,
payment method, and etc.
- We listen to the calls and “score”, in absolute terms, whether or not your sales agent or
outsource vendor covered the criteria you defined. You can even weigh the data
elements so the score determines a good sale vs. a bad sale.
- We listen to the calls and enter the information in your file per your requested list.
- We return your file via email by the next day! Your data never leaves our secure data
